Self-care might be something you love, or it might be something you consider indulgent. I’m hoping to help you see it isn’t indulgent, it’s simply habits that are crucial to your daily functioning!
Studies show that self care actually allows you to be more productive (with less stress!). Taking care of yourself means you can be more efficient with your time, more creative, and suffer less burnout.
As per usual, we will spend the month exploring a theme! First, what do you do for self care? What would you like to do? If you have some good habits in place already then good for you! If you don’t now is the time! This month we will discuss physical health, emotional well-being, healthy food, and spiritual connection.
